PHOENIX - Sept. 14, 2017 - ASU Now - Salad Bar Study - School of Nutrition and Health Promotion assistant professors Marc Adams and Meg Buening received a $2.6 million, four-year grant to do follow-up research on fruit/vegetable consumption via salad bars, in elementary, middle and high schools.
